PASSWORD
PROBLEMS:
NO PASSWORD? Most likely you entered your e-mail address incorrectly.
OR there is a "spam" blocking service (i.e. AOL & Hotmail)
on your e-mail server. HOW TO FIX IT: (See "How
do I "unblock"... below) or update your
account with the correct email address.
LOST
PASSWORD: Determine which password you are retrieving:(1)
Get
PRH HORSES PASSWORD,-or- (2) Get
RODEO CLASSIFIEDS PASSWORD then enter your USERNAME and E-MAIL ADDRESS.
(If you entered your e-mail address correctly and your server does not
have a "block" against automated messages, you should receive
your password immediately).
CHANGE
PASSWORD: (see Update/Edit

UPDATE/EDIT
ACCOUNT: CHANGE
YOUR PASSWORD, EMAIL, ADDRESS, CITY, STATE etc. SELECT CORRECT PRH
ACCOUNT: (1) PRH
HORSES (2) PRH
RODEO CLASSIFIEDS
UPLOADING
PHOTOS & VIDEO: You may manually upload 1 photo at
the time your ad is submitted. If you were unable to upload your photo
or you have paid for additional photos or video, you must send your
digital files (jpg, gif, tiff, png/wmv mov,mpg) accompanied by the PRH
AD NUMBER and all AD CATEGORIES to images@prorodeohorses.com
Within 2 business days you will receive a PRH Confirmation of your order.
EDIT
("SOLD") OR DELETE YOUR AD: (1) Click on your ad.
(2) Scroll to the bottom of your ad. (3) Enter you password and select
either 'Modify' or 'Delete'. (4) Click 'Continue' (5) If you selected
'Modify', make the appropriate changes to your ad and then click 'Modify'
at the bottom of the page when finished. Select 'Delete' if you wish
to permanently remove your ad (we can't reverse this) (6) Changes
are effective immediately and there is no limit on how many times you
may change your ad.
NOT
RECEIVING AD RESPONSES, WHY? If your e-mail address was typed
in incorrectly upon registration, you will not receive your messages.
Simply update your account and re-enter your correct
e-mail address.(Then send yourself a test message.) If your e-mail address
IS correct and you are still not receiving your messages, then the problem
could be your e-mail service provider. Some e-mail providers have a
"block" on incoming mail to assist in preventing "robot
spam" or automated messages. See instructions below for "unblocking".
HOW
DO I "UNBLOCK" MY EMAIL PROGRAM SO THAT I CAN RECEIVE MY AD
RESPONSES FROM PRH? With
the advent of new Spam Blocking tools (built into AOL and other services),
some of the emails that you want to see are automatically placed in
your Bulk/Junk/Spam folder. So, you never get a chance to open the email
and might miss a valuable message that could be a potential buyer of
your horse for sale. By following the three steps listed below, you
can revise the blocking software to allow ProRodeoHorses.com Ad Response
emails in your Inbox:
1) Open your email
software and go to your email Address Book. Press Add Contact.
2) Enter 'admin@prorodeohorses.com'
(without the quotes) in one of the email address fields.
3) Press Save.
Or, if you find
a message from prorodeohorses.com in your Spam/Junk/Bulk email Folder:
1) Go to your
Spam/Junk/Bulk email Folder in your email software.
2) Select any
email from ProRodeoHorses.com.
3) Press the "Not
Spam" button.
