Unless arranged through PRORODEOHORSES.COM® as an approved and bonafide special promotion, PRORODEOHORSES.COM®'s account users or its customers' contact information may not be used or provided by anyone in the sale, promotion or solicitation of their business, products or services. Any violation of this policy shall be considered theft of PRORODEOHORSES.COM®'s information.

Registration

In order to use some of the services of this website (i.e. to receive a Username and Password), a user must first complete the New Account registration form. During New Account registration a user is required to give their contact information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest. Please note that the owner's username, city, state and country will always be displayed in the owner's ads however, the user's personal/contact information will NOT be listed in the owner's ads, unless the owner personally chooses to do so.

Ad Listing Payment Form

We request information from the user on our Ad Listing Payment Form. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and billing address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to complete a customer's order. If we have difficulty processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

Log Files

We may use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Cookies

Some of our business partners use cookies on our site (for example, advertisers, affiliates etc.) However, we have no access to or control over these cookies.

Sharing

We may at some point, share aggregated demographic information with advertising clients. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. We use a credit card processing company to bill users for our advertising services. PRORODEOHORSES.COM® takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected with an accredited security system provided by GoDaddy.com. When our New Accounts registration/Ad Payment order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). While on a secure page, such as our Ad Payment order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just 'surfing'. Newsletters and Promotions

We send all new account members a welcome email to verify password and username. Established users will occasionally receive a monthly newsletter and information on products, services and special promotions. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

Site and Service Updates

We also may send the account user site and service announcements or expiration notices if your ad has expired. Account users are not able to un-subscribe from ad service announcements, which contain important information about the service and/or their account status. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email or phone.

Correction/Updating Personal Information If an account user's personally identifiable information changes (such as your phone number or zip code), you may update your personal data manually, at anytime, by visiting the EDIT ACCOUNT page or by emailing our Customer Support.

Choice/Opt-out Account users may unsubscribe from our occasional newsletters and promotional email communications or they may send an email to support@prorodeohorses.com to have their email address removed from our database. Please note that by using our service and posting classified ads, Users will receive emails from parties interested in the horse, product or service that the User is advertising.
